Kozina Irina Petrivna. She has been a headmaster of school N38 since 1998. She is a teacher-specialist of the English literature. Before 1988 she had worked as staff-head of studies and education. She is a teacher emeritus of Ukrainian education. She is a teacher-innovator and a manager-innovator. She created and developed the programmes of courses "Vocabulary practice in English" and "English literature" for 10 and 11 year students. Lyceum N38 became one of the first educational establishments of a new generation in Ukraine. Iryna Petrivna Kozina took an active part in its creation and development. Now the Lyceum is still taking lead positions among the best educational establishments in Ukraine.

Pustovoytov Volodimir Gavrilovich. He is a leaver of school N38. He returned into this native school and worked as a teacher of Mathmatics for 30 years. From 1986 to 1991 he was a staff head of studies. He is a teacher-specialist. He is one of the most famous teachers in Kyiv, he was awarded the medal named after A. S. Makarenko "For achivments in sphere of education of yourth". He has a graditude of Kiyv Mayor. He is the autor of a book "Elements of a multitude theory at school". He wrote a lot of methodical search works and articles for scientific journals.

Rivkind Yosif Yakovlevich. He is a teache-specialist of Mathmatics and computer science. He is a head of Math department in the Lyceum. He was one of the first in Ukraine who suggested to provide the course of computer science with use of computers for junior and senior students. He is the author of the Lyceum Educational programmes of mathmatics and informatics and text-book "Fundomentals of Computer science and programming for 7-9 forms". He has a lot of methodical searches and articles in scientific journals.

Chuchmareva Valentina Borysivna. She is a teacher of physics. From 1980 to 1984 she was a staff head of studies and education. She was responsible for 1-6 forms. She is a teacher-specialist. She has the highest qualification. She was awarded the medal "Exemplary teacher of Ukraine". She took part in the Lyceum development conception. She was the leader of the metodics of development of education, which main idea is "The aim of a teacher is to form the pecularity of each pupil, discover and inrich his natural talants". This conception was based on the works of Sukhomlinskiy, Amonashvily, Lysenkova, Shalatov, Zankov, Davydov, to provide this conception into life are needed: 1) Make teaching on the highest level of difficulty, to forestall it; 2) Make development of junior pupils not only on concrete but on abstract thinking; 3) To perfect the level of pupils development.

Hrebtova Natalia Valentynivna. She is a teacher-specialist of Russian and foreign literature. She worked at school N38 from 1986 to 1994. She is the author of educational programs if foreign literature. For last years she has been working in Kyiv centre of Politology and Conflictology as reader of a paper.

Pogrebinskiy Mykhailo Borisovich. He is a physic-theoreter. Since 1989 he has been engaged in a political activity. In 1990-1994 he was a member of Kiyv City Council. Today he is a famous polotolog and manager of election campaigns, a specialist of political communication, political analyst and commentator, a child of Kyiv Center of Politology and Conflictology.

Burlachenko Inna Romanivna. She is a teacher of history and law, history of phylosophy. She had a high historical and phylosophical education. She has been working at Lyceum N38 for 45 years. For 18 years she was a headmaster of Lyceum N38. She is the author of large number of articles in different journals.

Zubkova Lubov Ivanivna
Teacher of primary school. Honoured teacher. She was awarded By Shevchenko district Cousil of Kiyv and the Head of Kiyv administration. The winner of competition "The teacher of 96 year" in Kiyv. Teacher - specialist on methods of teaching, the teacher of high level proficiency. The author of program "Math and design" for the 1st form. She is a co-author of special book "Didactic material on Geometry for the pupils of the 1st form". The author of tests on math and Ukrainian language for the 1st form. The participant of international forum "Primary school of XXI century". She published some articles in magazine "Nova osvita Ukrainy".

Rivkind Inna Mihailivna
Teacher of primary school. The author of educational textbook "The basis of computer competence" and a lot of articles in scientific - methodical magazines. Devised and introduced the courses "The basis of computer competence" , the development of logic of junior pupils" in lyceum.

Matusevich Ella Igorivna
Teacher of primary school. Teacher of the 1st level of proficiency. The author of program "Foreign literature and regional geography", the collection of tests for the 2nd form. The co-author of special book "Didactic material on Geometry for the pupils of the 1st form". The member of creative teachers' association of Ukraine. Her articles were published in magazines "Tribuna" (#1,2,3, 1997), "Palitra pedagoga"(#1,1998).

Lukianchuk Natalia Vadymivna
Teacher of primary school. The author of programs "Life and health protection of junior pupils","The acquaintance with environment"(1st form), "Natural science"(2-3 form), "Development of speech on Ukrainian lessons". The author of collection of tests on math for 3rd form.

Lisovtseva Olena Illivna a teacher of computer science and math, the graduater of school 38, gold medallist. She worked at school during her studying at Pedagogical Institute. She took part in working out of teaching course "The basis of computer science" for 2-6 forms of lyceum. The author of text book "Logo". The basis of computer science for 5-6 forms. The winner of competition "Computer science teacher of 1999 year" in Kiev. The author of some articles in scientific-methodical magazines.

Borisov Maksym Grygorovych a teacher of computer science. The graduater of school 38 silver medallist .He worked as a teacher during his studying at Pedagogical Institute. He took an active part in working out of teaching course "The basis of computer science" in lyceum. The co-author of text-book "The basis of computer science" for 7-9 forms. The author of some articles in scientific -methodical magazines.

Lukianets Natalia Petrovna. A teacher of foreign literature. The teacher of the first level of proficiency. The author of programme "Poetry " for 10-11 forms, "History of literature from ancient to the second part of XX century" for 8-11 form. Devised the texts from literature of XX century for 11 form. The author of article "Accessibility of educational programmes on Foreign Literature " in magazines "Vidrodzhenia" (1995№12), series of article about modern avant-garde art in papers "Region" and "Den" 1997. She made a speech at all-Ukrainian Conference of foreign literature teachers.

Skykevych Oleg Konstiantynovych a teacher of religion history and handicraft. The graduater of 4high educational establishments: physic-maths department of Uzhgorod University, law department of Moscow Institute, Moscow Institute of Information, Kiev spiritual collegium. The author of 18 scientific works, published in AS of USSR and Ukraine. The author of 12 discoveries patented in USSR, German, GB. A member of battles of the Second World War.
