February 11, 1999 for the reason of the further development of the Lyceum, raising of prestige of educational establishment Lyceum started a tradition annually by anniversary of assignment of the name of V.M.Molchanov to our educational establishment (January 25) to spend Molchanovska olympiad at the integrated course of base subjects for the pupils of the 6 and 9 forms of Lyceum, and also for all pupils from schools Lyceums and grammar schools in Kiev wishing to take part in it.. Molchanovska olympiad is the complex Olympiad at 2 stages. At the first stage pupils carry out the test tasks in Ukrainian, English, foreign literature, mathematics, physics, biology, geography, history. Pupils, who have collected not less than 40 numbers, take part in the second stage. It is necessary to carry out the task in any base subject during 30 minutes in the 2-nd stage.. The winners and prize-winners are defined on amount of numbers collected at both stages. They receive the honorary diplomas and valuable presents. Pupils from other schools receive an option to enter lyceum without introductory interlocution. The

We suggest the versions of the tests in basic subjects with the answers for self-checking, which were suggested during the first Molchanovska olympiad to the pupils of the 6-th and the 9-th forms in February.
